Keeping
ourselves abreast with latest technology, we manufacture and export best
quality heat resistant conveyor belts. Fabricated from premium quality
rubber, these heat resistant conveyor belts are well-suited for heat
resistance applications, where the temperature of conveyed materials is over
60°C (140°F). These conveyor beltings are used for transporting
cement, clinker, cokes, sintered ores, soda ash, chemicals, fertilizer, hot
pellet etc.The service life of these heat resistant belts depends not only on the construction of belt and temperature of conveyed materials, but also on wear properties of materials, size of materials, length of belt, speed of conveyor, fall during loading and involved chemical action.
Features
- Excellent heat & abrasion resistant cover rubber compound
- Perfect to protect conveyor belt from cracking and hardening by heat
- Specially heat-treated and dipped fabric for reducing carcass shrinkage by heat ageing
- Rubber cover and carcass capable to withstand high temperature

Packaging
For container shipments, belts are wound on steel cores. Outer surface of belt roll is covered with rubberized fabric and sides are covered with plastic corrugated flanges. For break - bulk shipments, belts are packed in wooden drums with MS flanges and tie rods on sides.
