We are an ISO certified manufacturer and exporter of
superior quality EP conveyor belts, which are also called as polyester
conveyor belts. These EP beltings or polyester conveyor belts are compatible with long distance conveying with high load, speed & impact. These EP belting or polyester belting find usage in diverse industries for material handling applications.
The tension resistant body of the polyester conveyor belt is canvas woven by polyester in
warp and polyamine in weft. Owing to high initial modulus of polyester,
these conveyor belts can choose a low safety factor. EP conveyor belts keep
high intensity in humidity condition, which is helpful for transferring the
washy material or working on wet condition. We offer different types of EP beltings, which include:
- Anti-split conveyor belts
- Anti-abrasion conveyor belts
- Common conveyor belts
- Acid-alkali resistant conveyor belts
- Heat-resistant conveyor belts
We also hold expertise in customizing these belts as per the
specifications laid down by our clients.
Features:
- Excellent elasticity
- Anti-impact
- High-adhesion
- Good flexibility
- Trough ability
- Better stability of size
- Resistance to water
- Heat resistance in comparison to NN belt
We are a prominent manufacturer, supplier and exporter of
superior abrasion resistant conveyor belting, that find application in
airports, shipyards, thermal power plants and various other industries.
Engineered with utmost precision, these conveyor belts are widely used for
the transportation of glass, cullet, granite, trap rock and other abrasive
materials.
Dimensionally accurate and functionally superior, these abrasion resistant
conveyor belts are used for moving bulk product from production to storage
and storage to production. Optimization of premium quality rubber makes
these conveyor belts flawless in performance. We also entertain the clients'
queries and customize these belts as per their specific requirements.
- Belt covers compounded from super abrasion rubber

Packaging
For container shipments, belts are wound on steel cores. Outer surface of
belt roll is covered with rubberized fabric and sides are covered with
plastic corrugated flanges. For break - bulk shipments, belts are packed in
wooden drums with MS flanges and tie rods on sides.

With
the ever increasing use of pipe conveyors as an acceptable form of bulk
solids transportation, especially when environmental, operating and
maintenance costs are of primary importance, has come the added advantage,
of suppliers breaking new ground in the innovation stakes.
For too many years the pipe conveyor has been kept under wraps by not
allowing dynamic engineering companies access to its unique design features.
With these shackles finally being removed in the early 1990s many large
successful installations have been developed and the limits in belt length,
profile and capacity are far from exhausted .We are now perfecting ways of
making the pipe conveyor even bigger and larger, utilizing exciting
structural innovations to make them even more competitive, when compared to
the conventional conveyor.
The company's ultimate aim is the elimination of the transfer point. This
will be the primary objective of all materials handling designers thereby
allowing pipe conveyor, with the assistance of innovation to take its
rightful place in the materials handling industry.
